- •1)Renal failure (creatinine >2 mg/dl) and/or high serum potassium level (> 5.1 mmol/L) 2)Basal pressure >180/110 mmHg 3)Treatment with anti-hypertensive drugs different from drugs allowed before inhibition test 4)Prenancy or feed 5)Age <18 age 6)Pevious intolerance cases to hydrochlorothiazide or canrenoate
