入选标准
- •first CVA (cerebral vascular accident), subacute phase (>= 2 weeks post stroke; <=3 month poststroke) - patient was walking independently prior to the CVA
- •- Functional Ambulation Categories (FAC) of 1 or 2
- •- Patient is able to sit independently
- •- there are no weight bearing restriction of the lower extremities (standing and gait)
排除标准
- •- severe neglect (e.g.Catherine Bergego Scale CBS >10) - demonstrating pusher behavior (e.g.Scale for Contraversive Pushing SCP >=2.5) - restriction in weight bearing on lower extremities - walking with an assistive device or less than 1km prior to CVA
- •- severe visual impairment - severe aphasia (patient must be able to follow instructions)
- •- additional neurological conditions
