入选标准
- •1. Aged between 60 - 85 years old.
- •2 Barthel index score > 11.
- •3. Communication, seeing, and understanding the Thai language.
- •4. Live in Ubon Ratchathani.
- •5. Have a smartphone or computer that can connect to the internet at home.
排除标准
- •1. Serious diseases such as cancer, blood infection, tuberculosis
- •2. Risk of contracting COVID-19 or waiting for the test result
- •3. Infected or in recovery from COVID-19
- •4. unstable congenital disease
- •5. BP greater than or equal to 160/90 mmHg
- •6. Coronary heart disease
- •7. There is worsening of joints, bone, and muscles during physical activity
