- •Patients not willing to give Consent
- •-ASA III/IV
- •-Body mass index (BMI) >35kg/m2
- •-Diabetic or other neuropathies
- •-Local site infection
- •-Psychiatric
- •illness/medications
- •-Patients already taking analgesics within a week before surgery
