- •Haemodynamically stable patients
- •No comorbidities
- •not on any cardiac related drugs
排除标准
- •ASA 3 and more
- •patients posted for emergency procedure
- •patients with Major neurological,cardiac,respiratory,metabolic,renal,hepatic diseases with coagulation abnormalities
- •Cardiac comorbidities
- •Patients refusal
