- All
入选标准
- •(1) male or female who is 15-65 years old,
- •(2) documented diagnosis of allergic rhinitis with remarkably positive skin prick test (as defined by mean diameter was at least 5 mm. with/without pseudopod) for house dust mite or American cockroach,
- •(3) no concomitant drug used,
- •(4) no steroid or its derivatives intake at least 4 weeks prior to the study,
- •(5) never undergone immunotherapy and
- •(6) understand and agree with all steps in the study.
排除标准
- •(1) having other concomitant medical conditions except for mild severity of atopic diseases,
- •(2) pregnant or breastfeeding,
- •(3) having the history of anaphylaxis or severe allergic response to skin prick test with house dust mite or cockroach, (
- •4) dependent on antihistamine and cannot stop using it due to exacerbation of disease and
- •(5) history of severe allergic response to levocetrizine, fexofenadine or desloratadine.
