入选标准

  • Inclusion Criteria:
  • 1. Male cricket fast bowlers.
  • 2. Participants with prior experience in competitive cricket matches.
  • 3. Age between 18 and 35 years.
  • 4. Good general health and free from any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the training regimen.
  • 5. Willingness to commit to a 12-week training program and attend regular training sessions.
  • 6. No significant musculoskeletal injuries or surgeries within the past six months.
  • 7. Adequate proficiency in the bowling technique.

排除标准

  • Female participants, as the study focuses specifically on male cricket fast bowlers.
  • Participants without prior experience in competitive cricket matches.
  • Age outside the range of 18 to 35 years.
  • Presence of medical conditions or injuries that may hinder participation in the training regimen.
  • Inability or unwillingness to commit to the 12 week training program or attend regular training sessions.
  • Recent musculoskeletal injuries or surgeries within the past six months that may affect performance or interfere with the training regimen.
  • Participants who lack proficiency in the basic bowling technique.
  • Any other factors that, in the judgment of the researchers, may compromise the participants ability to safely and effectively engage in the study or impact the validity of the results.
