- •PAF cumulative scores above the cut-off: values of T > 60;
- •fluent written and spoken German
排除标准
- •acute suicidality;
- •acute endangerment to others;
- •acute self-injury;
- •Addictive disorders (current addictive disorder or substance abuse);
- •Regular use of benzodiazepines;
- •bipolar disorder (current or past episodes);
- •Acute psychotic symptoms within or outside of a depressive episode;
- •Schizophrenia spectrum disorder (current or past);
- •Current psychotherapeutic treatment
- •Psychopharmacology: Stable intake of at least 4 weeks prior to study participation
