- •Patients with primary adhesive capsulitis -shoulder diagnosed clinically
- •-Normal AP radiograph of involved gleno-humeral joint
- •-Willingness to participate in the study
排除标准
- •History of surgery on a particular shoulder
- •Pre-existing shoulder arthritis
- •Infective focus around the shoulder
- •History of fracture in shoulder girdle complex
- •Neuromuscular diseases
- •Not willing to participate in the study
- •Patients with rheumatological disorders
- •Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers
- •History of intra-articular injection in the same shoulder in the previous 6 months
- •Infection around the shoulder
