入选标准
- •American society of anaesthesiologists (ASA) 1 and 2.
- •Elective surgeries under general anaesthesia.
- •Patients willing to be part of the study after consent.
排除标准
- •Patients allergic or hypersensitive to Ibuprofen or Paracetamol.
- •Coagulopathy and patients on anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs.
- •Patients with a history of renal, hepatic and cardiovascular disease.
- •History of gastro intestinal bleeding that required a medical intervention within the previous 6 weeks.
- •Platelet count <80.000
- •Severe anaemia
- •Pregnancy and lactation
- •Received another investigational drug within the past 30 days.
