- •PACIENTES: Podrán incluirse varones y mujeres de edad entre 18 y 65 años, que hayan sido diagnosticados de depresión mayor de acuerdo a los criterios DSM-IV, y que presenten un primer episodio o una recurrencia de al menos 4 semanas de duración, sin características psicóticas, y con una puntuación igual o superior a 16 en la escala de depresión de Hamilton.
- •CONTROLES: Individuos sanos (excluyendo cualquier trastorno psiquiátrico en la visita de selección), ajustados por edad, sexo y lateralidad con los pacientes incluidos previamente.
- •Todos deben haber firmado el consentimiento informado por escrito.

排除标准
- •1.Pacientes con trastorno depresivo con síntomas psicóticos
- •2.Pacientes con antecedentes de trastorno psicótico o depresión bipolar
- •3.Adicción a sustancias psicoactivas (excepto nicotina) en los últimos 12 meses
- •4.Riesgo serio de suicidio
- •5.Demencia, trastorno mental orgánico o retraso mental, MMSE<24
- •6.Trastorno mental orgánico, incluyendo epilepsia
- •7.Disfunción hepática
- •8.Insuficiencia renal terminal con diálisis
- •9.Hipersensibilidad a duloxetina
- •10.Tratamiento con analgésicos opiodes para dolor crónico
- •11.Comedicación con inhibidores de CYP1A2
- •12.Claustrofobia o contraindicación para resonancia magnética
- •13.Mujeres embarazadas, en periodo de lactancia o sin contracepción segura.
