- •ASA I to II Patients of either sex.
- •Aged between 20 to 60 years and weight >45kg.
- •Undergoing hand surgeries.
排除标准
- •Patients with history of allergy to local Anaesthetics.
- •Patients with history of mental disorders.
- •Patient Refusal.
- •Morbid obesity, Coagulopathy and significant cardiovascular respiratory, renal, hepatic or metabolic diseases or CNS disorders.
- •Infection at site of procedure.
