入选标准
- •1. Patients undergoing elective surgery at songklanagarind hospital under general anesthesia or regional anesthesia
- •2. Age between 18 †70 year-old
- •3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II
排除标准
- •1. Inability to understand Thai or to provide informed consent
- •2. Known pregabaline or diazepam allergy
- •3. Regular use of pregabalin or diazepam
- •4. Pregnant or breast feeding
- •5. Known kidney(CrCl < 60 mL/min/1.73 m2)
- •6. psychiatric disease
- •7. epilepsy
- •9. Obesity(BMI> 35kg/m2)
- •10. History of drug abuse
- •11. Risk of aspiration
- •12. Risk of difficult airway
- •13. Enrollment in other study

Abdominal hysterectomy is major surgery.post operative pain is common.pain after surgery can be reduced by giving drugs before surgery with pregabalin tab before surgery.
