入选标准
- •- Hepatocellular adenoma(HCA) * 5 cm
- •- Age at least 18 years
- •- Withdrawal from oral contraceptives at least 3 months
- •- Patient fit to undergo liver resection
- •- Patient understands both the nature and requirements of the study
- •- BMI between 18-35
- •- ASA I-III
- •- Written informed consent
- •- No suspicion of HCC (normal Alpha foeto protein level)
排除标准
- •- Inability to give written informed consent
- •- Men (increased risk of malignant transformation)
- •- HCA presenting with acute bleeding
- •- History of hepatic malignancy
- •- Pregnancy
- •- Claustrophobia (MRI)
