- •ASA PS 1 AND 2
- •OPEN ANDOMINAL GYNAECOLOGICAL PROCEDURES OF MORE THAN 2 HOURS DURATION REQUIRING GA WITH ETT AND IPPV
- •BMI 18-30 kg/m2
排除标准
- •Patients on sedatives/hypnotics preoperatively
- •Haemodynamically unstable patients with large fluid shifts
- •Patients in altered sensorium (GCS < 15)
- •Hypothermic patients (core body temperature < 35ï?°C)
- •Patients with psychiatric illness/alcohol abusers
- •Requiring head, neck or laparoscopic surgeries
- •Patients scheduled for surgery for acute burns
