入排标准
入选标准
- •(1) Patients with age rangeof 19 â?? 55years.
- •(2) Patients not contraindicated for periodontal surgeries.
- •(3) Residual extraction sockets possessing intact bone in all dimensions. ( 4- walled bony defect )
- •(4) Tooth included for extraction with caries, trauma andendodontic complications (Root fracture).
- •(5) Need for implant restoration at the site of extraction.
- •(6) Patient who have given written and verbal informed consent.
排除标准
- •(1) Presence of periodontitis on the tooth to be extracted;
- •(2)Chronic therapy under non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, Bisphosphonates and Corticosteroids;
- •(3) Current smokers( >10 cigarettes per day);
- •(4) Plaque index >30%;
- •(5) Evidence of loss of the buccal bone wall
- •during tooth extraction; and
- •(6) Pregnancy
