- •Patients of either sex or age between 20 to 50 years.
- •Patients with ASA grade 1 and 2,Malampatti grade 1 and 2
- •Surgeries posted under general anesthesia lasting for up to 3 hours
- •High volume,low-pressure cuff,single use,oral Portex tube with an internal diameter of 7.0-8.5mm
排除标准
- •All emergency intubations,pregnant patients, trauma cases involving anterior cervical spine injuries excluded.
- •Patients with hepatic or renal insufficiency
- •Patients with neurologic and psychiatric disease
- •Patient refusal
- •Patient having bleeding disorders
- •Patients with H/o Cardio-Respiratory disorders
