- •Patient with ASA grade I and II aged between 18 to 60 years of age Undergoing head and neck cancer surgery with free tissue transfer.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •patient on beta blocker therapy
- •Patient with coronary Artery disease
- •Patient with CKD
- •Patient with Neuromuscular Disorders
- •Patient with prolonged QTc
- •patient with history of drug abuse
- •Patients with arrhythmias
