入选标准
- •American society of anesthesiology (ASA) physical status 1, 2, 3
- •male/female
- •Age: 19-80 yrs
- •Patients undergoing colon cancer surgery
排除标准
- •Clinically significant coagulopathy
- •Infection at the injection site
- •Allergy to local anesthetics
- •Severe cardiopulmonary disease(American society of anesthesiology (ASA) physical status =4)
- •Body mass index > 35
- •Diabetic or other neuropathies
- •Patients receiving opioids for chronic analgesic therapy
- •Patients who have refused intravenous patient controlled analgesia (PCA)
- •Inability to comprehend visual analogue scale (VAS) score and patient controlled analgesia (PCA) device
- •Patient who does not want to receive quadratus lumborum block
- •Patients who want to receive a quadratus lumborum block
