- •1. Inability to give informed consent and absence of a caregiver holding power of attorney
- •2. Any of the following conditions as defined by ICD-10 criteria
- •2.1. Presence of substance abuse (F 10)
- •2.2. Schizophrenia and associated conditions (F20)
- •2.3. Bipolar disorder (F30,31)
