- •1. Single pregnant woman with certain gestational age between 34-36+6 week.
- •2. Preterm labor.
- •3. No intrauterine growth restriction.
排除标准
- •1. Previously recieve glucocorticoid
- •2. Cervical dilatation morethan 8 cm.
- •3. Fetal abnormality and congenital anormally.
- •4. Labor after GA 37 wk.
- •5. Pregnant woman with uncontrolled infection.
- •6. deny to join in the study.
