入选标准
- •Patients in age group between 18 to 60 years of either sex belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologists(ASA) physical status I and II will be included in the study who will undergo elective surgery with placement of PLMA of size 3 or 4 patients in supine position and duration of surgery less than 2 hours
排除标准
- •.Active infection within oral cavity or pharynx
- •.Increased risk of aspiration like in morbid obesity, obstetric patients diabetics, patients with head injury, upper gastrointestinal dysfunction, full stomach patients
- •. Suspected or known abnormalities in supraglottic anatomy
- •.known immune deficiencies
- •.Anticipated difficult intubation
- •. Hypersensitivity reaction to zinc
