The significance of the study insights the most effective training methods for enhancing the performance of boxing athletes. Comparison of Circuit training and High Intensity Interval Training programs to promote sports specific training in boxing. Through this training program, boxing player can improve their explosive power, Speed, agility, punching power to maximize their athletic potential.

入选标准
- •1.Male and female boxers 2.Adolescent players (12-18 years) 3.Boxers with at least one year of boxing training experience 4.Athletes who are willing to commit 6-week training session.
排除标准
- •1.Athletes with a history of concussion and head injuries 2.Athletes who are taking medications that may affect their exercise performance 3.Athletes who have participated in any form of HIIT or circuit training within past three months 4.Athletes who are free from acute-injuries(shoulder, elbow, wrist) that would prevent participation in training sessions.
- •5.Athletes who have recent menarche and oligomenorrhea 6.Any musculoskeletal problem (strains, sprains, fractures, brusing, open wounds etc.) that will decrease the complaince of players to participate in the study.
