- •o coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG)
- •o surgical transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI)
- •o critical care (

- •- Pregnancy
- •- Sepsis (diagnosis within 3 days ahead of screening)
- •- leukemia
- •- Therapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors
- •- Inclusion in an interventional study
- •- Infectious viral diseases (HBV, HCV, HIV, COVID-19)
- •- Iatrogenic immunosuppression
