- •History of previous surgery and anesthesia
- •Previous psychiatric illness
- •Receiving anti-anxiety medication before surgery
- •History of anti-anxiety medication use
- •Using complementary medicine methods one week before surgery
- •Serious illness in body systems
- •Previous participation in preoperative educational program
