- •Inpatients with obstrucive arterial disease and planned endarterectomy of the carotid artery
- •- Age: = 35 years
- •- At least 4 natural teeth
- •- German Caucasian origin
- •- no relationship between the study participants
排除标准
- •- subgingival PA therapy within 6 months prior to sample collection
- •- systemic antibiotic therapy within 3 months before sample collection
- •- Pregnancy/nursing period
