入选标准
- •1. high risk hypertension patients a. eGFR(GFR:glomerular filtration rate) > 60 with one of target organ damages b. eGFR <= 60
- •2. diabetes mellitus with microalbumin ration (Albumin-Creatinine ratio >= 30mg/g)
- •3. anuric End Stage Renal Diasease patients on dialysis
- •4. the relatives of acute myocardial infarction patients under 55 years old (men)/ 65 years old (women)
- •5. Asymptomatic peripheral aterial disease
排除标准
- •1. acute myocardial infarction, acute coronary syndrome patients, symptomatic coronary artery disease or history of these diseases
- •2. symptomatic peripheral artery disease, heart failure and history of these diseases
- •3. desired life time under 6 months due to non-cardiovascular disease (e.g. cancer, sepsis)
- •4. women with pregnancy or on nursing
