入选标准
- •1.Patient of Chronic kidney disease, Stage 3-5, haemoglobin <= 9 g/dL
- •2.Patient on or not on dialysis.
- •3.Serum ferritin level below 100 ng/mL in dialysis naïve patients and below 200 ng/mL in dialysis dependent patients
- •4.Transferrin saturation (TSAT) below 20%.
- •5.Written informed consent
排除标准
- •1.Pregnancy
- •2.Lactating females
- •3.Acute infection
- •4.Haematological disorders like thalessemia, leukemia,haemophilia
- •5.Haemochromatosis
- •6.Critically ill patient
- •HIV/HBsAg/Anti-HCV and immunocompromised patient.
- •Severe Renal pathology such as malignancy
