- •Acute pancreatitis with symptomatic WON.
- •Collection amenable to EUS guided and percutaneous drainage
排除标准
- •Previous surgical, endoscopic or percutaneous intervention for infected necrosis
- •Underlying chronic pancreatitis
- •Concomitant indication for surgery due to bleeding or perforation of a visceral organ.
- •Hemodynamically unstable patients
