- •1.Subject should be in the age group of 1. 18-40 years.
- •2.Subject should have a PSQI score of five or more.
- •3.Subject should be able to read, write and understand English.
- •4.Subject should be willing to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •1.Subject should not have any diagnosed psychiatric disorder like depression or anxiety.
- •2.Subject should not have any orthopedic condition which warrants pain.
- •3.Subject should not suffer from any medical condition like diabetes, asthma etc.
- •4. Subjects should not be working as shift worker full time or part time.
