入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Patients posted for elective surgery below the level of umbilicus requiring subarachnoid block
- •2) Patients 60 years and above
- •3) ASA PS I / II patients
- •4) Patients with good radial pulse and no radio-radial delay
排除标准
- •1) Any contraindication for Subarachnoid block
- •2) Patients with valvular heart diseases
- •3) Inadequate block: When there is problems with the extent, quality or duration of the local anaesthetic action
- •4) Technical failure
- •5) Conversion into general anaesthesia
- •6) Requiring any extra sedation or analgesic
