入选标准
- •those who are fit for rasayana and virechana ,
- •BMD t score of more than -2.5 using peripheral densitometry (pDXA scan of heel bone)
排除标准
- •Mentally unsound and illiterate,
- •Pregnant and puerperal women,
- •Known case of bone T.B, bone neoplasm, bone fracture, uncontrolled cases of hypertension and diabetes mellitus, osteogenesis imperfecta and such other hereditary diseases, hyperthyroidism and hyperparathyroidism, chronic rheumatoid arthritis, menorrhagia.
- •patients who are on treatment with corticosteroids
