入选标准
- •1.Women with age 18 years or older with normal mental status and conscious, have self-determination, who diagnosed precancerous lesion of cervix and others indication for LEEP all of them will be perform Endocervical curettage (ECC) after LEEP
- •2. Able to speak, read, and write Thai language
排除标准
- •1. Known allergy to local amides anesthetic
- •2. Coagulopathy
- •3. History of neurologic deficit around pelvic organs
- •4. Pregnancy
- •5. Local genital tract infection
- •6. Length of cervix < 10 mm
- •7. Heart disease such as cardiac arrhythmia
