入选标准
- •1.Age ââ?°Â¥ 18 years
- •2.Awaiting percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)
- •3.Serum creatinine of >1.4 mg/dl or an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) of <60 ml/min/1.73m2 or Pre-PCI Mehran score ââ?°Â¥ 11
排除标准
- •1.Patients on hemodialysis/peritoneal dialysis
- •2.Recent intravascular contrast exposure (ââ?°Â¤ 2 weeks prior to present admission)
- •3.Inability to perform remote ischaemic conditioning (RIC) (e.g., bilateral upper limb trauma/amputation, severe ischaemia etc)
- •4.Pregnancy
- •5.Hypotension (MAP < 60mmHg)
