入选标准
- •1.Single episode of stroke involving one cerebral hemisphere of duration more than 2 months
- •2.Stroke occurance confirmed by MRI or CT
- •3.Voluntary shoulder flexion of the affected arm =20° with simultaneous elbow extension =10°and metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal joint extension =10° of the paretic limb
- •4.UE Fugl-Meyer Assessment score of 17 to 56
- •5.Modified Ashworth Scale more than 1 over the elbow flexor, forearm pronator,wristflexor,and or finger flexor muscles
- •6.Able to sit for at least 30 minutes without assistance
