入选标准
- •1.Able to walk 50 meters with or without a walking aid.
- •2.Able to stand independently for 90 seconds.
- •3.Able to follow verbal instructions.
排除标准
- •A. Participants with Systolic Blood pressure >= 180 mmHg and Diastolic Blood Pressure >= 110 mmHg.
- •B. Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis index (Osteoarthritis screening):
- •1.Pain score >10
- •2.Stiffness score > 4
- •3.Function score of > 34
- •C. > 20 % disability on Oswestry low back pain disability questionnaire (ODI)
- •D. Functional score > 69 and Pain score >21 on Quick Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand Questionnaire.
- •E. Score of >20 on Neck Disability Index.
- •F. Functional score >44 and Pain score > 4 on Ankle Disability Index.
- •G. Mini-mental state examination score < 11
- •H. Geriatric Depression scale: >8
- •I. Tinetti Performance oriented mobility assessment < 25
- •J. Overall neuropathy limitation scale: score >3 on arm scale and > 4 on leg scale
- •K. World Health Organization Health related quality of life-BREF < 21
- •L. Apparent Neurological disorders, Ischemic Heart Disease, Malignancy and obvious Physical Disability.
