入排标准
入选标准
- •Surgery under general anesthesia less than 3 hours duration.
- •Non smoker.
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA Grade I or II.
排除标准
- •Patient taking an opioid regularly.
- •Patient receiving radiation or chemotherapy.
- •Patients having recurrent or persistent nausea.
- •Patients with renal impairment where serum creatinine is greater than 1.6 mg dl or hepatic impairment where liver enzymes are more than twice the normal value.
- •History of allergy to 5HT3 receptor antagonist.
- •Patients having diabetes or cardiovascular disease or respiratory disease or renal disease.
