入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Age 18 years and above
- •2. Consecutive patients with thyroid nodules <4cm
- •3. Clinically and biochemically euthyroid
排除标准
- •1. History of intake of levothyroxine/metformin
- •2. Any ultrasound or FNA evidence of thyroid malignancy
- •3. Nodules causing compressive symptoms
- •4. Coalescent thyroid nodules (not suitable for size analysis)
- •5. HbA1c >7.5%
- •6. History of significant neurological or psychiatric illness which may influence thyroid function
- •7. Iodinated contrast exposure within past 6months
- •8. History of neck irradiation or neck surgery
- •9. Use of any medication that would affect thyroid functions
- •10. Pregnancy or lactation
- •11. Creatinine levels > 1.4 mg/dL
- •12. Hepatic or cardiac insufficiency
- •13.History of malignancies
