- •1Patients belonging to ASA I II III.
- •2Aged 60 years or more.
- •3 Patients undergoing hip or knee arthroplasty under neuraxial block.
Exclusion Criteria
- •2Patient on Antipsychotic drugs.
- •4Patients with AMT (abbreviated mental test) score \< 8\.
- •5Patients receiving intra operative midazolam or pentazocine.
