入选标准
- •1 ASA class 1&2
- •2 Age35 to 60yrs
- •3 Patients undergoing elective vaginal hystrectomy
- •4 Patients giving informed consent
排除标准
- •1.Any contraindication to epidural anaesthesia â??hypotension, previous spinal surgeries, spine abnormalities, local site infection and coagulation abnormalities.
- •2.Poorly controlled hypertension,angina,cardiopulmonary disease.
- •3.Patient with haematological disease, neurologic,psychiatric disease , severe renal or hepatic derangement.
- •4.Known allergy or hypersensitivity to study drug
