- •1. Adult age over 19 year
- •2. Confimed MRSA bacteremia
- •3. Who agree to participate the study
排除标准
- •1. Type 1 hypersensitivity to cefazolin or vancomycin
- •2. Polymicrobial infection
- •3. Receiving anti MRSA therapy longer than 72 hours before the study enrollment
- •4. patient expected to die in the next 48 hour
- •5. history of MRSA bacteremia within previous 3 months
- •6. Pregnancy
