  • Participants diagnosed with facetal arthropathy on MRI,
  • Localized unilateral lumbar pain
  • Replication or aggravation of pain by unilateral pressure over the facet joint,
  • Pain eased in flexion, Pain in extension, Lateral flexion or rotation to the ipsilateral side.
  • Patients willing to participate in the study

  • Spinal Surgery
  • Trauma to the spine
  • Manipulation under anesthesia
  • Metabolic Disorders â?? Osteoporosis
