- •American society of anesthesiologist (ASA) Physical status II or III.
排除标准
- •1. Un co-operative and unwilling parturients.
- •2. Parturients with :
- •a)History of anaphylaxis to local anesthetics, opioids and/or drugs to be used.
- •b)current or past history of drug abuse
- •c)Psychiatric disease.
- •d)Inablilty to understand Visual Analouge Scale (VAS).
- •3. Failed spinal anesthesia and conversion to general anesthesia.
- •4. Planned general anesthesia
