- •Age ≥ 18 years,
- •ASA I-III,
- •Elective pulmonary resection surgery
排除标准
- •1. Body mass index ≥35 kg/ m2
- •2. COPD stage IV (very severe symptoms)
- •3. History of neuromuscular disease
- •4. Being planned for postoperative intubation
- •5. Previous thoracic surgery
- •6. History of phrenic nerve injury or palsy
- •7. Correct diaphragm visualization is not achieved
