- •Conventional/standardized approach to post-induction airway access
- •Single physician-managed airway access
- •Experienced physician (Consultant and /or > 10 years post-training experience)
- •Adequate training level
排除标准
- •1-Anticipated airway difficulty
- •2-Inadequate training level (untrained, in-
- •training residents, non-dedicated experienced
- •anesthesiologists)
- •3-Any non-conventional or aided approach to
- •4-American Society of Anesthesiologists
- •(ASA) status III-IV patients
- •5-Uncontrolled hypertension
- •6-Preexisting dental problems and the absence of routinely used functional equipment (OT-table, laryngoscope, endotracheal tubes).
