入排标准
入选标准
- •Subjects with one or more active trigger points in the upper trapezius muscle
- •Male and female subjects.
- •Subjects who have been using smart phones
- •Pain of at least 30 mm in the VAS scale.
- •Subjects with decreased lateral flexion of the neck to the opposite side of the active trigger point.
- •Subjects between the age group of 18 years to 35 years.
- •Patients with positive jump sign.
- •Subjects who are willing to participate in the study and willing to take treatment for five successive days.
排除标准
- •Subjects who have had smartphone related injuries in the past one year.
- •Subjects suffering from orthopedic, inflammatory, degenerative, neuromuscular condition of the neck and upper extremity.
- •History of orthopedic surgery to the neck or upper back.
- •Participants who are taking anticoagulants and who are on long term corticosteroid therapy
- •Participants with specific causes for neck pain.
- •Patients who are undergoing treatment of myofascial pain or trigger points at the time of the study
