入选标准
- •1Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria and signs and symptoms of Sthaulya.
- •2Age between 20 to 50 yrs age group.
- •3WHR (waist hip circumference ratio) >0.9 in males and >0.8 in females.
- •4Patient of Sthaulya with BMI range from 25 to 35kg/ m².
- •5Patient willing for trial and giving written consent.
排除标准
- •Patients not willing for trial.
- •Patients having BMI less than 25& >35 kg/ m².
- •Patients having complications uncontrolled diabetes,uncontrolled hypothyroidism,uncontrolled hypertension, cardiovascular diseases etc.
- •Patients having other systemic complications like malignancies .
- •Patients on prolonged medication like corticosteroids.
