- •1.Male or Female patient with gall bladder calculus posted for laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
- •2. ASA grade 1 and 2
- •3. Body weight < 80 kg
排除标准
- •1.Age < 18 and > 65 years
- •2.Body weight > 80 kg
- •3.Acute cholecystitis
- •4.Anticipated difficult airway
- •5.Recent myocardial infarction
- •6. Pregnancy
- •7. Patient refusal
- •8. ASA grade 3 or more
- •9. Local anesthetic allergy
- •10. Patients with cardiovascular, hepatic and renal diseases
