  • •? Those with a subjective sleep quality (KMLSEQ) cutoff score of 66 or less

  • •? Those taking sleep-related drugs and painkillers
  • •? Those who have been diagnosed and treated for a chronic disease or are taking medication
  • •? Persons diagnosed and receiving treatment for mental illness
