入选标准

  • Experimental Group (Depressed Patients)
  • Male or female patients with depression aged 18 to 65 years
  • Patients diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) or Persistent Depressive Disorder (PDD) by a psychiatrist according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition, Text Revision (DSM-5-TR)
  • Patients who voluntarily agree to participate in the study and provide written informed consent
  • Patients who can read, listen, and write in the Thai language
  • Control Group (Healthy Volunteers)
  • Male or female patients with depression aged 18 to 65 years
  • Volunteers without severe stress, as determined by the Suanprung Stress Test-20 (SPST-20)
  • Volunteers who voluntarily agree to participate in the study
  • Volunteers who can read, listen, and write in the Thai language

排除标准

  • Experimental Group (Depressed Patients)
  • Patients with severe depression who are unable to provide informed consent
  • Patients with a history of substance abuse (e.g., methamphetamine, ecstasy, cannabis, heroin, opium, morphine, cocaine, kratom, or inhalants) within the past 6 months
  • Patients with a history of chronic alcoholism (Alcohol Use Disorder)
  • Patients who are currently pregnant
  • Patients who are unwilling to provide information
  • Control Group (Healthy Volunteers)
  • Volunteers with stress or anxiety, as determined by the Suanprung Stress Test-20 (SPST-20), reaching a severe level
  • Volunteers with a history of substance abuse (e.g., methamphetamine, ecstasy, cannabis, heroin, opium, morphine, cocaine, kratom, or inhalants) within the past 6 months
  • Volunteers with a history of chronic alcoholism (Alcohol Use Disorder)
  • Volunteers who are currently pregnant
  • Volunteers who are unwilling to provide information
